Shipping

If a product is in stock orders will be received in 7 to 21 days depending on the customer’s location.

Shipping and delivery is estimated during the checkout process.  Most products will be shipped by our partner courier service due to their size. Shipping and delivery costs vary greatly depending on the products you purchase. Costs vary depending on the quantities, size, shape, weight and delivery address.

For some larger products, the customer will be notified by email of shipping costs after the order is completed.

We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

We deliver Australia wide but do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Lawdex Displays as we manufacture most items to order. If the item is faulty or damaged you can contact us as soon as possible via phone (02) 43 855 100 or email at info@lawdex.com.au to inform us and to arrange exchange or return. Refunds will be given for the item’s total value if the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
